Google SERPs Changed From April 12

In the past 2 days, many members said that they are experiencing a major change in google search engine result pages. Yes, it’s true and been confirmed for 2 reasons.

One reason is that we experienced a sneak-peak of Google’s so-called Caffeine 2 days ago. Another is google starting considered site speed as a factor that affected on sites ranking and SERPs.

I am seeing tons of threads with people talking about major ranking changes. But there are only a few threads specifically thinking it is Caffeine related. The suspected data centers that Caffeine has been moved to, include:

However, it must be regional for the site may performance welll in New York while terrible in Paris. Here in New Jersey Google’s homepage look and feel of the search results changed, as well as the positioning for a lot of sites. The change was, in my opinion, awesome and incredible.

This is a signal for SEOers that should be paid more attention on Google Caffeine.
